Experts,
I forgot to renew my EAD. It's going to be expired in Mar. One should renew it 6 months before it expires. I am planning to file it within this week. Experts advice needed in this matter.

Here is my check list -

765 application
Check for $120/- Payable to USCIS
Original Top portion (of old ead form)
485 receipt
copy of old ead front and back
i-94 front and back
copy of 140

Sounds fine to me. take photo copy of every piece of paper you send. Any way you might have to go to local office to get iEAD. Just do it right away they need your money.

Dont forget the JIT style photos....... You have not mentioned it in your list.

I recently sent the EAD renewal application and got the receipt in a week. My current EAD expires 04/24/2004

My list

I used these documents to get my EAD in September (all are copies except for the I-765 form):

1. A check of $120 for the application fee
2. Two photos
3. I-765 application form (filled out)
4. I-485 receipt
5. I-140 approval notice
6. My last EAD (for Optional Practical Training)
7. My interim EAD
8. H-1B approval notice
9. I-94 form for H-1B
10. I-94 form for F-1
11. I-20 form for my F-1 visa
