I travelled India on H1B visa and came back on H1B even I have Advance Parole. I want to renew my EAD. In the I765 Document I have to colums which are making some confusion. Please suggest shall I enter the

10)Allian Reg # or I - 94 # I have new I - 94 and I have allian # also in my EAD. Shall I enter both or Allian # is enough.

14) Manner of last entry

15)Current immigration status. (I am not working on EAD/ H1 Still Vaild with other company - but my 485 Sponcer is different)

Also one more question, Do I need the passport for Fingure Printing, because I want to send my passport for revalidation.


Please suggest me guru's....

H1B/AOS

Putting A# is enough and for immigration status you should fill like H1B/AOS (which is a short form for Adjustment of status) That is what I did and got my renewal EAD approved on August 11, 03, which was applied on July 16, 03. Isn't that fast!

the starting time for renewed EAD

Hi, could you tell me the start time for the renewed EAD card? from the last day of your old EAD card or based on the approval time?
