I have applied for EAD,AP along with my I485 this month. How long will it take me to get my EAD.

Has your I-140 been approved? If so, NSC seems to be taking about a month for EAD and AP approvals.

I-140 AP 10/09

I485, EAD and AP: RD 10/03, ND 10/15

EAD and AP were approved 11/07

Yes , My I140 got approved on oct 12th.

I filled my I485,E....... on Nov 15th.

and my PD is Mar 2001. I guess we will get (GC)approved only by the end of next year.am I right?
