AVM says after approving your case on so and so date,we order for a card.normally it takes 60-90 days.we will send once we receive your card.My questions is how much time it takes once EAD approved.

Can we get the EAD from local INS office before 90 days?..ND is 17th jan 02,FP done no EAD yet..

Are we supposed to get it after AVM it has been approved or can we just take the receipt to local INS & get the EAD..Please Respond

What happens?

I applied for EAD in Jan. The AVM says they received it on 1/16. My current EAD expires on 2/23. What can I do? It is not yet 90 days.

Do I have to quit working?
