I have EAD from my spouse filing and H1 effective Oct 2007. I want to work using EAD I asked my h1 employer to file I-9. They told it is for internal purpose only. How do we notify INS of my H1-EAD change. Until i get projects, i dont have any payslips. Am i out of status and do i need to change to H4 and use EAD to search jobs ?
