Hi,

Have question about getting an IEAD card. I applied for 485/EAD/AP on Sept.4th. I received notice date of Sept 25th.

I got an RFE for pages of my passports that we had sent previously but nevertheless we replied to the RFE and resent the papers. Now they had updated the site saying that they have received the papers but nothing after that.

Can I apply and get an IEAD?
Do I pay for an IEAD? What is the process?
Has anyone got an approved EAD within time frames as above?

Process to get the IEAD

I have already filed my EAD application.

Can anyone tell me the process to get the IEAD. My lawyer said I would have file an application and pay about $175 for the IEAD. Is this true? What is the process to get the IEAD.

If you talking about interm EAD, than you can apply at your local office after 90 days of your original EAD application.
