My company attorney filed my GC ( I-140 ,I 485,EAD and my wife’s I 485, EAD and AP) at Vermont center concurrently.

MD : 11/30/2003

RD: 12/02/2003 (My attorney say he only received RD only for my I- 140, and for my wife’s I 485, EAD)

Rest other filing(my I- 485,my EAD,and my wif’s AP he has not yet received RD yet. It’s almost now 2 months

My wife needs EAD for her admission by March 17 Th, 2004. Incase by that time she does not receive the EAD (90 days complete on March 4 th, 2004.)
Can she go to some local office and get the EAD?

If yes what is the procedure? What paper work needs to complete? Where I can get complete details.

---- She can go to local USCIS office on 5th March for iEAD
If yes what is the procedure? What paper work needs to complete? Where I can get complete details
---- She should take her I-485 filing receipt copy and copy of EAD filing receipt, fill up the form I-765(go to USCIS site download the form and fill up), take 2 photographs and her Driving license or state ID, passport, she should go early morning. I don’t know where is your local USCIS office, many local office have big lines from morning 4 AM

FEES?

Does she need to give EAD fees again?Incase some RFE comes on it,then she can't go ? Then her 90 days start from RFE receipt date .Am I right?Pl confirm. Thanks
