Dear Forum Team,
H1B non-immigrant visa, as you know, binds the employment to the sponsoring employer and typically if one needs to lookout for a change the other employer needs to initiate a transfer of visa to their payrolls right? I am finding myself hard in this situation as a significant number of employers do not want to get into the hassles of USCIS chores and they are preferring other candidates with options like GC, US Citizen etc.
I did a research and found that there is some EAD or like that which seems to be giving work authorisation without any binding on the particular employer? Would this option apply-able by H1B visa holders? Can some one help shed more light into this please?
