Hi,
I got my 140 approved and also got my EAD and I meet the rules for changing the employer. So, I have started working for a new employer 15 days back as my previous contract was completed. But I have not submitted resignation to my old employer who sponsored my GC. I just mentioned to him that I need break for personal reasons. Now he is asking for a letter indicating that I am on vacation and he would run the pay roll end of this month. Is it ok if he runs my pay roll this month? Will it be a problem if I am on payroll of both the employers?
Would it cause any problem if I give my old employer the leave letter and continue work on EAD? Please suggest.
I worked on H1 with my old employer. I have not filed AC21 when I started working on EAD, b'cause I understand that we can provide the change of employer information to uscis when they actually send the RFE after they open the file. Is this ok?
Please advice.
Appreciate all your inputs/suggestions regarding this.
Thanks in advance.
