I was going through the info on the website and I came across this line:
""Under the recent changes, USCIS will issue two-year EAD to aliens who are unable to adjust their status due to immigrant visa numbers not immediately available""
I am on H1B with I-140 approved in EB3 with PD of May 2007. Currently waiting for PD so I can file I-485. Based on the above quote, can I apply for EAD without waiting for PD? Will I be able to travel on AP as well?
