EAD validity

I've just filed I-140/I-485/EAD concurrently. If I got laid off before I-140 approved and I-485 pending for more than 180 days. Will my EAD still valid for working at a new company?

Until the I-485 gets approved or rejected, your EAD remains valid and when it expires you can apply for a new one.
