EAD use within 180 days of I-485 ?

I am on H4 and my husband is on H1. My husband lost his job and after that we receievd our EADs and APs with 10 days of losing job.

Can we start using our EADs to work anywhere, though we have not completed 180 days of filing of I-485 ?

Or can I use my EAD to start working ?

1. You can take up any job using your EAD.
2. Your husband can too, but he needs to have atleast 1 job in the same classification as his previous job (for which Labor was approved). Things are a bit fuzzy in his case. If you look at the chat transcripts at www.murthy.com, you might get a better idea.

YOu can take up any job similar to previous job. But whoever sponsored your GC can terminate you rprocess till 180 days after 485 is filed. If they do not want to do that you are very much safe.
