I am filing I-765 under NIW pending petition for me and my wife. My Wife had EAD with J2 status previously, we applied for her EAD renewal and waiting for it.
Recently I applied for NIW and its petition is pending, I am applying for I-765 ,I-485 and I-131 now. So again I need to file for her EAD in this application too. What shall I declare for my wife I-765. New EAD? or Renewal of EAD?
Secondly is it necessary to send Tax return for last 3 years? or is it ok to send only W2? or is it ok to send only last year's Tax return and W2?
