EAD under H4

Hi. I am currently working with EAD as an E2 Dependent status and my wife is the primary E2 holder. This October 2009, her status will be changed to H1 and and I will be H4. Does it mean that I can no longer work even though my current EAD is still valid until July of 2010? Thanks
