Gurus can anyone please advise if it is possible to file a fresh H1 if someone is on EAD status only (no H1)? I will greatly appreciate any help in this matter...
I am also in the same situation and what my understading is that you can file a H1. however they will probably not allow change of status so you will have to go out and come back on H1 after the application is approved.
Does anybody have confirmed information about changing to H1 from EAD (Can I get my H1 done from my current employer, with whom I m working on WAD)? Or anybody know any case like this?
