Guys/Gals:
Here's the deal: my EAD's 90-day frame has now passed. Boston Immigration office will be closed tomorrow. I talked about thsi in my earlier thread too. But the most important stuff is that according to my lawyer, as long as my work people is not bothering me, I should not worry. She says we applied on time and she will write a letter to my work people if they bother me. All is all, this is not going to affect my green card processing.
Now, my first EAD expires on June 19 and my 90-day frame from the 2nd EAD renewal application is due on June 17. Should I go to JFK building on monday and get the interim card? What documents do I need in order to get the interim card?
And how valid are the answers given by my lawyer?
Thanx,
JeremyR
