EAD status for Spouse

I checked the online status for my spouse's EAD. I see the below message.. What does that mean ??

On November 25, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

one of these

copy of I140 approval
copy of your prev. EAD
copy of your I485 notice

If you are a primary then my bet on this is for a copy of
approved I-140. Don't worry.

Did you use e-filing? I am planning to file my 3rd EAD now. Current EAD will expire in 4/1/04. Thanks!

I did not use E-filing. Filed in paper by self. Did not use a lawyer either.

EAD Approved

As per the online status, my 3rd EAD was approved on 28 Nov.

Filed by myself. Paper filing. Only included copy of previous EAD card and I-485 receipt. Filed on 18 Sept., 2003.
