My situation :
1) Spouse and self applied for EAD renewal in July end (current EAD expiring
on 18th November).
2) I rcvd rcpt notice with ND of 28th July. No rcpt notice for spouse. Both
Cheques for spouse and self encashed by BCIS on 27th july.
3) I rcvd new card issued on 18th August. No news still about spouse.
4) I call up customer service center. The ask me to get a copy of the
personal cheque issued for spouse and get EAC number from the back of
the cheque.
5) I got the copy. Unfortunately it is not readable at all. I do not see any sign
of the EAC number on both sides.
My question:
1) How do I initiate an enquiry as the customer center people told me that I
have to write in to VSC.
2) Is there a format for the enquiry.
3) I sent both in one packet in separate envelopes all clearly marked. Is that
why the confusion happened.
