EAD- Second Job Related Questions

Hi,

I have couple of Questions reagrding EAD and jobs the applicant can take up.

1. If the applicant leaves the current job (with the sponsor), what are the effects(before stipulated period) and are there ways to mitigate them.

2. If the applicant takes up jobs with any other employer (including MacDonald's) as second job, how it will be affected.
Sponsor runs payroll for part-time hours.

3.How is the second job defined in terms of number of hours etc

4. What are things to be (not) done if applicant primary employment and takes full time job with others.

Questions are not clear. However,
1. Final INS regulations are not out on this. Current popular consensus is that if 485 remains unadjudicated for a EB aplication 180 days from receipt date, change of employment to a similar job is permitted per AC21.

2. Generally the primary job (as mentioned in LC/I140) should be fulltime. You can take any number of other full time/ part time as physically as possible.

4. Are you saying you give up the job altogether(i.e choose a different vocation mentioned in LC/140)? your gc might be denied.
