EAD RFE's

Hi

I got RFE ( request for additional information ) on my EAD application.I had filed my 140/485/EAD/AP from CA on Dec 16 , 04.

As of now I don't have the notice in hand,I want to know from experienced people here,what are the common RFE's for EAD, ths might help lot of people who have appied for thier EAD's

--may be for Color copy of your passport first page that has your photo, DOB,name, may be for Color copy of Driving licence, may be for Passport style photographs, may be for I-485 filing reciept, may be for marriage certificate if you are spouse of primary

So, Sandeep, what was the RFE for?

It could be of various reasons, could be photograph, could be less amount fee, could be post mark date on cheque, it could be anything. Usually, you dont have to worry about it, once you get the RFE, and after its been furnished you will get EAD in few weeks rather than months.
