We got RFE for EAD(photo).We send new photographs to the INS.
My wife's status shows that INS received the photographs on 12/26/02.But for my status the site is not updated.

1. Does anybody come across such a case where one status is updated?
2. How long will it take the INS to approve the EAD?

3. The message says

On December 26, 2002, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 60 and 90 days for us to process this kind of case. However, because preliminary processing was complete before we requested the additional material, the remaining processing time for this stage of your case is approximately 90 days. You will receive a written decision on this case.

What does this mean?

Thats pretty common that it still says it will take the same amount of time. It doeswn't really mean anything. I know that in CSC, one of the messages comes up at 999 days!

What was the problem with the photos?

I have a question to you: when did you mail the response of your rfe? We received the same ref for ead. Our attorney mailed them on 12/16/02. Our statuses have not updated yet in the web-site same message: "we issued rfe on 3rd December.....". Wish both of your approval soon.

1.INS says that the photographs was damaged.

2. My Lawyer send the photos on 12/16/02.
