Hello Friends,

One of my friend applied for I-485 from VSC and got his finger printing done. When he checked the EAD Status online for him and his wife, both are getting a message saying additional information required.

What do you guys think? Please help.

Nothing to do other than wait until they get the letter from the INS and do whatever is requested in the letter.
 
It could be lost photos or missing checks or missing info like signatures etc. Don't worry wait for the rfe details. Should be fine .
