EAD returned to INS Undeliverable address

Hi
My wifes EAD was returned to INS because of undeliverable address. We didn\'t change our address after applying for I-485/EAD.
My lawyer spoke to INS, but he does not how long it is going to take. My wife got a job, she needs EAD immediately.
Is it possible to get a new EAD from a local INS office?
Is it possible to get a new EAD from CSC (Los Angeles) in person?
Is there any other options to get EAD faster?

Yes, she can get interim EAD if your RD is more than 90 days. In your case

You said it returned back to INS, You need to go local service center. Actually if your application is not approved you can get interim EAD of 3or 6months validity with no fees, but if your case has been approved ( in your case it is approved) you need to pay fees to get EAD.

Bottom line Yes she can get the EAD .

Contact you lawyer and ask him to give all details.

I applied for my wifes EAD in Septempber 01. It is more than 90 days. Her EAD was approved but returned to INS because of undeliverable address.
Lawyer told me I cannot get a new EAD from local INS office because EAD was already approved. Is that true?
