what is the $ 65 that you sent to DOS
It is the additional DV fee. The DV fee has increased from $375 to $440 per July 13, 2010.

Hi guys,
I am a DV 2011 winner and currently F-1 visa holder.
I want to apply EAD together with my i-485 application.
Does anybody know what documents I need to prepare for the EAD?

You need the following documents:
1. I-131 EAD Application document
2. Copy of I-485 receipt notice
3. Recently taken 2 colored passport photos.
4. Cashiers cheque as stated in the form.

If you are filing EAD based on your DV AOS (485), then you need to submit it together with the 485 or you can send it at a later date while 485 is pending. Here is the info from USCIS if you haven't already looked at it:

Follow the instructions on page 6 of the instructions on filing 765. You will need 2 color photos, copies of previous EADs (if you had any). You will be filinf under (c) 9 for AOS for DV winners. Again, you can file this at the same time you file your 485, hence read the instructions carefully.

Did you mean I-765 (EAD application) instead of I-131 (Travel Document)?

If you file Form I-765 separately, you must also submit a copy of your Form I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence of the filing of an I-485."
