EAD Renewals??

Anyone got thier EAD's renewal approved recently?

Renewal EAD filed on May 7. Current EAD expiring on June 20.

Any ideas on when can we see the approval?

My EAD Renewal RD is on May 7th and my current EAD got expired on Jun 12th, Since my H1 is still valid until Sep 2004, i didn't worry much.
It might take about 40 days from the RD. So you might get it around Jun 17th.
 
My EAD renewal approved on 10th January as per online case status.

Got EAD renewal approved on June 16th. This just shows that BCIS will make sure that they approve the EAD before the expiry date. Looks like BCIS is more efficient than INS.

We need to renew EAD before expiry? and applied for renewal, but now EAD is expired , is it ok can I work ..

According to BCIS, working without EAD is termed to be unauthorized and employer can be penalised for not following the rules.
You should have applied EAD atleast 60 days prior to expiration. Nowadays BCIS is approving EAD's in abt 35 days. Till your employer demands anything, keep your mouth shut. Thats what I would bet on.

Again, EAD aren't renewed from the date of expiration. Its from the day they are approved.

Talk to your attorney and see what options you have.
