EAD renewal

I replied to RFE few months ago and is now going for 2nd fingerprint next month. My current EAD is going to expire in Jan. 04.

Questions:
1. When should I do the EAD renewal?
2. What documents do I need to submit for the renewal?

When did you receive 2nd fp notice? when was you first one

Better do it 3 months before it expires. Start planning some time first week of October.

When I applied last time, sent only photo copy of last EAD + application + $120 check.

today dengdeng posted a thread, saying that he is asked by his lawyer to submit color copies of passport.

Down load application form and verify whether any thing changed recently.

It is not that difficult to do it yourself.

my 1st FP is Feb. 02
2nd FP is Oct. 03 (received notice in Aug.)
