EAD Renewal

Hi Friends,

Mine and My wife's EAD are expiring in 2nd week of Feb'04. I am not using EAD working on H1, but my wife is working on EAD. Anyway the question is this:

Atleast how well ahead we should apply for EAD renewal? I atleast 5 months approx. as of now. Because tomorrow if we do it in the last moment if there is a delay then my wife cannot work during the period she doesn't have valid EAD. I want to avoid this kind of situations. Please do suggest me.

Also my wife has approved Advanced Parole for which i didn't apply. Will there be an expiration date for AP also. We need to apply for renewal of AP too.

My attorneys filed a 2nd EAD for me before 3 months of expiry of the first EAD. The rule is: If it is not extended within 90 days, you are entitled to go to the nearest BCIS district office and obtain your extension on the spot.
Applying before 5 months is okay to be on a safer side.
Advanced Parole has an expiry also .Normally the expiry date coincides with the expiry date of the EAD, not exceeding one year.
