Hi Folks

I want to know if we need to file for EAD extension through our company Lawyer or we can file on our own.

If we can file on our own where can I get Info about filing EAD and AP extension.
If Anyone who had file EAD extension can give me some info about documents needed , check for what amount and where we need to send documents.

I would highly appreciate such Information.

Hi,

You can do it on your own if your company lawyer charges any amount. They may charge 500- 1000 dollars. If you file on your own you just need to pay the Ins fees .
Go to ins.gov . Go to forms and download the forms. you'll find all the necessary info there.

As far as i remember i included the following doc's
form I-765 with two immigration photo's
copy of I-485 Receipt notice
copy of last EAD.(front and back)
copy f the letter in your last EAD was attached(front and back)
copy of i-94(front and back)

and above all the fee
