EAD Renewal

Folks,

My attorney has send in the typed in form (I-765) for me & for my wife. There is an error in my wife's name & also her SSN in not included in that. If I sign & sent, can they do the corrections OR is it safe to download a I-765 form, edit & type the correct information & then sent it to attorney. Also, what all the other attachments required for EAD-renewal????

Can anybody suggest ASAP????

Doesn't matter how you do it, but u got to send all the correct information? Don't rely on attorneys too much, my attorney had typed the same EAC# on both forms, which I had to ask him to correct.

DO NOT sign Forms with wrong name and SS#, Lawyers do not work on sending out the forms, its Para Legals and their assistants who do it, and half the time they do not know what they are doing.

Make sure Either you make corrections and send, or better still send new Forms.

I think that about covers it, If I have missed anything, I am sure someone else can add to the list.

Do you know how to select fonts in our ordinary acrobat reader??? Any ideas????. Iam not able to select fonts. Any other suggestions of how to edit & print I-765.
 
Agree with July 16.

Filled I-765 with hand writing, sent on Sep 24 (0.6 $), recd Sep/26, and approved on Oct 31 ( from AVM).
 
Fillable Forms

I have downloaded the FIllable I-765 form from the Web Site and mailed it on Sept 30th and EAD Approved on Oct 31st , I am waiting for the Card In Mail.
