Now my EAD is expiring on 18sep02
what should I do, just wait it out hoping that I get approved before 18sep02 or Should I renew my EAD, because if I want to renew my EAD then I have to apply by 18june02 to stay within the 90 day renewal period

Please Advise

are you working with your EAD or H-1B? if H-1b, no need for renewal.

Renew your EAD ASAP.

Switch (EAD RENEWAL)

CASE 1:
You don\'t renew your EAD, you cannot work.

CASE 2:
You apply for renewal, it comes say 10-15 days after your
current EAD Expires you can still stay in the country
but you cannot work till you get your extended EAD.
Basically, it is a mess.
