How much in advance can one apply to renew EAD?? Mine expires end of June 02.
Can EAD be renewed at the local INS?? I know it takes a day for the local INS to issue a new first time EAD. Will they process a renewal too??

Due to the delay of I485 processing, many people may renew EAD or
AP. Please let us know what are needed in the renewal package.

Just submitted renewal application for EAD and AP renewal. Its very easy. For EAD renewal you need: I-765, signature card, 2 photos, copy of EAD, copy of I-94, copy of 485 receipt notice, $100 fee. For AP renewal you need: I-131, 2 photos, copy of 485 receipt notice, $95 fee.

Do you need any of the original copies for EAD application such as original copy of I140 approval notice or original 485 receipt notice? I am planning to go to local INS office for EAD approval once receipt is received.
