EAD Renewal

Hi everyone,

My AOS is pending because of pending name check. I have apply for my EAD renewal soon but I have a problem. I do not have a copy of my I-94 as IO took it out during interview. Will that be a problem in renewal of EAD?

Neha,
Since you are applying for a renewal -- you should submit a copy of the previous EAD along with other supporting docs. Not having a I-94 will not be an issue.

the officer took mine too. But at the time of renewal I needed one as advised by attorney. No big deal an attorney will always keep a copy of your last I94.
Just call your attorney and they will fax it to you.
