Anyone knows about the latest check list for EAD renewal? We asked our attorney to renew it. but he told it costs 500$ for each except documentation fee?????/:mad:

So, we decided to do by ourself by mail...Can I get the help from the experts?

PLs.. help
 
Fill-up the I-765 form.
Attach color xerox copies of the following:
1. Passport biodata pages
2. Driving License
3. Current EAD Card
4. I-485 receipt notice
Attach the cover letter which you have received with your old EAD.
Check for the fees.
Attach -2- stamp size color photos.

Take copies of the above for your records and send it by Certified Mail with Return Receipt

Thanks for you info...:) Do u know how 2 send the application ? can we send our application together or seperately( mine and my hus)? Our case is pending @ TSC? hope we need to send to TSC?

Hi,
You can send both applications together. The applications are to be sent to the same address where your I-485 is submitted and is in process.

...although you should separate each application in its own with a file clip or rubber band or something to differentiate the two (don't mix the supporting documents for both together). Also print clearly on the envelope something like: CONTENTS - TWO (2) APPLICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION I-765.
 
Experts,

I have a question. My case was transferred to TSC on 3/15 but my spouse case is still lying in VSC, I called many times and they said it will get transferred to TSC. I need to apply for EAD extn. Where should I send my application? VSC or TSC? I'm confused. Can someone please shed some light. Also, now EAD processing time went back to Dec 2006. So, have no idea what is going to happen.

We sent our EAD,AP application thru express mail. when I checked the status online it says 'no one there. notice left. second attempt will be made tmrw"
what is this? how 2 send application? thru priority mail? or what? we r tensed up...

If you send by USPS , TCS pickup person will pickup at early morning 5:30 AM.
