My EAD is due for renewal at the end of the 2006, it is linked to my husband's E2 visa. The E2 visa has an expiry date of 12/09, but his I94 has a stamp of 12/2006.
USCIS have requested additional information on my reneawl application, one item being his current I94, should I send it as is or wait until he returns from a business trip at the end of November, with a new I94 and a later date stamp?
We had previously flown in through Chicago, but have been advised that Houston has a better immigration department with regards to the date entered on the I94.
Any thoughts?
