hi all,

do i have to apply my EAD thru a lawyer or can I apply it directly. Will there be any difference?

My EAD isexpiring in mid of march - what should I be doing after that?

I have learned thru a friend of mine that my company is filing bankrupcy will it effect my GC?

You can apply yourself. It is pretty simple and you can get all the information to apply on this forum or USCIS website.

Apply ASAP. If it is not approved before the previous expires, you cannot legally work.

If I-140 is approved, you should not be immidiatly affected. But try to find a new company and a new job ASAP.

urgent --confused of mailing address.

Hi All,

What is the address I have to mail my EAD application to..I filed my 485 at VSC. i see two addresses inthe application.

I fall under c(9) category. which is filing EAD while waiting for 485 approval.

one address is : 75 lower welden st, st. albans, VT 05479
second adress is : p.o. box 805887, chicago, IL 60680.
