EAD Renewal

Guys,

Has anybody renewed their EAD and AP recently. What they are saying is if your I485 is getting ready within 6 months then your renewal will be for 6 months. And if it takes 2 yrs then your renewal will be for 2 years.

Is this true, has anybody seen this.

Who is saying this? How do "they" even know that your 485 will get ready within 6 months?

Another tactics from money sucker

I read that one. An organisation with broken promises. They don't do what they promise to do. After expiration they will earn $175. you will lose $175. Don't renew it then you are not authorized to work. you will be the loser. I feel how this country was 100yrs ago and how they treated other people.

i think workpermit02 is right..the flexible EAD rule came into effect Aug 1..
