EAD Renewal

Hi All,

My current EAD expires in about a week and I don't have an approved renewal yet. My renewal application was received by INS Vermont on Jan 29th 2004 and the notice date is Feb 02 2004. Since 90 days are not completed what are my options? Anyone with any information towards resolution of this mess please respond.

Your options are limited- Plead your casewith the local center. As per rules interim EAD is only after 90 days of EAD RD (sometimes ND).
In any case you can't work without approved EAD or interim EAD.
Guys apply EAD renewal as early as you can- 6 months early. We keep seeing the same story repeated here everyday.

Agreed...

... that I s?*E#d up. But is there any way that I could resolve this situation. This is my third EAD renewal and maybe I got a little complacent since both the previous ones came in a matter of couple of months from the date of application.
