EAD Renewal while 485 Pending

Hi

My 140 was approved on 03/25/2004 and I applied for EAD, AP along with 485 application on 04/29/2004. I got my approved AP and EAD and they are going to expire on 06/25/2005.

On 11/01/2004 I changed my original company who sponsored my GC and joined company B.

I want to leave Company B and join Company C on 02/25/2005. Since my EAD and AP will expire on 06/25/2005 I want to renew them after I join Company C.

In the I-765 Form (EAD Form), question 15 asks for Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, ...). What should I write there ?

Can somebody tell me what are the documents I need to send along with AP/EAD renewal application forms for me and my wife (Derivative Adjustment)

form I-765, TOP EAD prtion that came with earlier EAD, copy of EAD (both sides) I-485 filing reciept copy, USCIS fees, 2 photographs passport style, Color copy of Driving licence, Color copy of first page of passport that has name, DOB, photograph, I-94 copy front and back ( your wife has also to attach copy of marriage certificate)

for AP:
form I-31, copy of AP I-485 filing reciept copy, USCIS fees, 2 photographs passport style, Color copy of Driving licence, Color copy of first page of passport that has name, DOB, photograph, I-94 copy front and back ( your wife has also to attach copy of marriage certificate)
**** write the A# and name back side of Photographs with pencil
