ead renewal still pending...more than 120 days

hi guys! we applied for our ead renewal last year in december. Our ead expiration date was march 22nd. we got iead from the newark office on 3/4/04 which is valid till 11/4/04. the problem is that we have yet to recieve the renewed ead from vermont service center. the processing date for ead for pending 485 showing on the website is 03/04/2004. any thought about why ours hasn't been approved yet? any suggestions about what would be the best course of action?

P.S. our AP which was applied at the same time was approved on 4/26/2004.

it was just past 90 days from the application date. we applied for renewal on december 1 2003 (online so the RD was the same). we went to the local office for the iead on march 4 2004.
 
waiting for 8 months..

My nd is 10/17/03. My lawyer e-filed the renewal. There is no movement since. On the web site last updated date is 10/22. I called 2 weeks ago and lady on the phone initiated an enquiry to VSC. Nothing happened yet, still waiting. :confused: you can try calling them. I guess there is nothing else to do. Can my lawyer do anything ? I called him twice but all he is saying is wait. My interim expires in july, I hope they approve it by then.
