EAD Renewal... should send new or old fees?

I am sending my EAD application to renew next week. I am confused if i should old fees or new fees? I know the new fees are effective from Aug 1st.. but if i don't receive Receipt notice by than, will NSC reject the application because of old fees.

Please, post you thoughts if any body applied for EAD recently.

Why would NSC reject a properly filed application if you don't receive the receipt notice? All that matter is when you get the application to the Service Center.
