EAD renewal questions -- Please reply

1. On 765 form, If you applied for EAD before, which date(s)? -- approved date or valid from this date to this.

Last year it was approved on may18th, but validity is from 08/03/06 to 08/02/07.

2. My wife's case has been transferred to texas service center from VSC.

Can I send the form to vermont service center for EAD renewal.

or any rules changed from alst year.

1. The validiaty date 08/03/06 to 08/02/07.

I think we cannot mention dates from to date - only one date can be entered.
I am going to enter the 08/03/2006.

Would like to confirm the fess for EAD - 180$ and AP -170$. Am I correct?

Please confirm.

I thought we can enter both the dates from and to as well. Not sure may be the form has changed now or check if you are using the valid form.

Yes fees is correct.
 
My wife just uses her prior EAD application receipt dates (she's had 4 EADs so far, not I-485 related though but it's the same application). After all, the question is "when did you apply?" In any case, it doesn't really matter either way, as you are supposed to enclose a copy of previous EAD(s) and therefore they can get any info they need from there.

--------------Send it to TSC as her I-485 file is nomore with VSC. attach the copy of transfer notice or write it on cover letter. if you send it to VSC then VSC is going to send it to TSC and delay of few days

Before sending, When I read the requirements for the photos -

it is written on advance parole document that photos whould be taken showing the right ear and right side of the face.

Is it changed from the last year? I took front side pic last Year. Based on that yesterday I took from sears they took frontal view pics.

Please reply which is correct?

----------incorrect info on the form,. you need 2 Front face passport style photographs for EAD AP and Green Card.

I took front side pic last Year. Based on that yesterday I took from sears they took frontal view pics.
-------------Front face is OK ( write your name, A#, DOB back side of photographs with Pencil
