EAD renewal question??????

Gurus,
Can we send the EAD renewal form directly to INS or it should go through the lawyers? Thanks for any info....

there have been so many discussions in this board. In short, prepare the following and mail to VSC:
1. $120
2. top portion of the original sheet that hold the original card (I765-D)
3. I765 application
4. front and back copy of the original card
5. front and back copy of I-94 departure card
6. 485 receipt
7. two passport phots.
