EAD renewal Question

Hi ,

I did not get my receipt notice, as INS lost it, as per my lawyer. Now I have to renew my EAD and one of the documents to be submitted with renewal application is receipt notice, as I read somewhere.

What do I need to to do now, any help is greatly appreciated Gurus !!

Try to speak to an IIO see what s/he has to say. You probably don't even need to renew your EAD. ( I assume that your current EAD will not expire until Oct/Nov?)

yes, but I'm afraid, we cannot trust US immigration depts and I am working on EAD currently. So, I plan to go ahead with renewal.

Thanks anyway, talking to an IIO seems a good idea anyway
