EAD Renewal Question

I am planning to apply for EAD Renewal for my wife without help of lawyer.

My wife initially entered this country on H4. Later she filed Employment based I-485 adjustment along with me as a dependant. She started working based on EAD. My wife recently used AP to enter back into this country as she was using EAD to work. Her latest I-94 has AP stamp on it.

Considering above facts, can someone please clariy on what I need to fill on the following items in EAD form?

Item 14. Manner of Last Entry (Visitor, Student etc.)

Item 15. Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student etc.)
============================================================

I was thinking to fill \'Advance Parole\' in item 14 and \'Pending I-485 Adjustment\' in item 15. But somehow I don\'t feel those are right. Can someone please help me on this?
