EAD renewal question

I am on my 3rd EAD and going for 4th. So far i used attorney to file my papers. Now i want to do it myself. Is it that big a deal to file it myself, is it a complex process?

1) I returned to US on my AP in January 2005 and at that time at POE office paroled me for a year. That is till Jan 2006. So my I94 has stamp of Jan 2006, which has passed. When i enquired friends they said that is common and i dont need to do anything for that and my status is good.

Now, do i need to send I94 copy and passport copy with EAD application, if so do i have to send an explanation for an expired I94 and stamp in passport?

Appreciate inputs and your valuable suggestions.

Hi,

I never used my AP and the latest I94 I have is the one that I got along with my latest H1B approval (which expired long back). I submitted that along with the biographic pages of the Passport. you can submit your latest I94.

Appreciate your response.

Do you mean first two pages of the passport is enough? We don't have to send copies of all the stamped and blank pages in passport?
