EAD Renewal Question

Guys,

Just FYI, INS is good for EAD. They received my case on 8/18 and approved on 8/24. Well, I am waiting for the approval for my AP since who knows when FBI will pick up my case for name check process, I have to have AP for travelling out of this country.

Any one has experience for AP? Thanks,
 
Receipt motice for EAD/AP

Guys,

how long does it take to get Receipt notice for EAD/AP renewal applications ? My lawyer says it takes 2 months to get the receipt notice........ :mad:

My application was received by TSC on 08/26 . As my lawyer sent his own checks I have no way to know if my application is being processed or not....! Also, does the receipt notice go to lawyer or it comes to your own address ?

I got my AP approved within 3 weeks. RD : 08/26 , AD : 09/15.

Thanks a lot for all your help and encouragement. Now I do not have to cancel my Tickets for the trip to homecountry in NOV. :)
