EAD renewal question.

my EAD expires on March,06,2001. I have applied for renewal on Jan 20 at VSC. I don\'t think, it is possible to get approved my EAD renewal application before March, 06.

Will it create any problems??

I believe if it is more than 90 bus days from date of filing, you can get the EAD card approved from your local INS office. I am not 100% sure of this. Please check with your attorney.

Same here, mine is expiring on March 8, and I applied renewal last month. I don\'t know whether or not we can go to local office to get the renewal, please let us share the information.

Eric Wang.... you can go to the local INS office for the renewal of the EAD. Takes about 15 minutes and you are on your way with the EAD card and if you have an application for AP also the same 15 minutes. I did this the first time and also for the renewal

Thanks, as for the renewal, do I need to withdraw my renewal application to VSC? or show the receipt of the renewal application from VSC? any other documents?
