EAD Renewal question(s) pl help

Hi all:

I am applying for my EAD renewal:

two simple questions

1. Alien Registration number (A-number) or I-94 Numer( if any)

i have A-number and i-94 number, which one is appropriate?

2. Current immigration status(visitor,student, etc)

i came here on h4 and got EAD(never used)

can you give your advise for the above, based on my condition.

----- if EAD never used and your I-94 that is based on H4 is still valid then write” H4 status and AOS pending”
can you give your advise for the above, based on my condition.

I have few more questions :

1. Which A# i have to use:
A# from EAD mailer( i am a Derivative Alien) or my spouse A# on I-140.

2. is it original or copy Top portion i got with first EAD

3. is it required to attach a copy of NOTICE OF ACTION of a current EAD.

You can see I -485 Receipt also. all are the same A#'s.
and yours and your wife A# are different.
Put it Original Top Page (it will show Cut mark)
copy of your current EAD front and back.

1 you have to use YOUR A#
2 put the EAD mailer at TOP it has your A # (it came with EAD card)
3 if your service center is NSC then also send the color copy of DL and first page of your passport page (they need it or send RFE)
4 correct fees $120 for USCIS
5 attach I-765 form ,copy of your current EAD front and back and copy of your I-485 receipt and out side the envelope write in big bold letters” Form I-765 for renewal of EAD”
