EAD Renewal question - Nanshi/Ginnu/all Experts please advice

Hi Nanshi/Ginnu/all Experts
I am the newest member in your family who is waiting for I-140 approval.
I140/485 cONCURRENT Eb3 - ND and RD is 05/29/2003 - EAD approved.
Received RFE on Sep-26th-2003, Replied RFE on 12/10/2003. After that nothing has happened.

However my EAD is expiring on 08/05/2004.
I need to renew my EAD.
1. Should I wait till 04/30/2004 to file I-765 with the new filing fees as I was told that would speed up the process?

2. Or do it before 04/30/2004 and save the $55 + $55( my Wife's too)??

----- no, it may take the same time, new filing fees is NOt going to speed up the process, you know USCIS
2. Or do it before 04/30/2004 and save the $55 + $55( my Wife's too)??
-----------------------send before 04/30/2004 , make sure it reaches before April 30
