EAD Renewal Query Twice

I have applied for my EAD in April 2004. I have received a query on Jun 12th asking for :

Following is the actual query

EVIDENCE OF ELIGIBILITY: Submit a copy of the I-797 approval notice or receipt notice (Notice of Action Form I-797C) for the I-140, I-360 , or I-526 that was approved in your behalp. If you have filed the I-485 as a derivative alien, submit your spouse's or parents I-797 for his/her I-485 AND the I-797 or I-797C for his/her approved or pending I-140, I-360, or I-526. Also if you are claiming derivative status, submit a marriage of birth certificate as proof of relationship. If you cannot provide evidence of eligibility, please explain.

I have responded to the above query and the online status updated saying my response was received on July 10th. But again on July 12th they sent another query basically asking the same above. What should I do.

I have sent all the following copies earlier:

I-140 Approval Copy
I-485 Receipt Notice
I-765 Receipt Notice
Prior EAD Card photocopy (front&back).
Marriage Certificate for my wife.

Can someone help what exactly the document they are asking.

----- seems to be mistake, send it again and write in cover letter that you have sent the same on XYZ date ( that you lost )
